HEALING WORK
Throughout her years as an educator and leader, Jill embarked on a healing journey that began when she completed her massage therapy certification at Blue Cliff College in 2002. During this coursework, as Jill released the tensions, traumas, and emotions that were stored in her body, she was able to heal her 10-year struggle with asthma, and no longer needing to use the breathing machine that she had previously needed twice daily since she was in high school. Jill's curiosity and trust in her body's ability to heal itself continued when she worked with an intuitive energy practitioner who supported her toward full healing after two procedures to remove cervical pre-cancer in her early thirties.

In 2013, Jill became a Brennan Healing Science Practitioner after completing a rigorous four-year program at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing. The training focuses on a system of healing that combines hands-on techniques with spiritual and psychological processes that impact an individual on the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual level. Jill has also engaged in Family Constellation Sessions to support the healing of traumas within her family lineage, as well as Somatic Experiencing and EMDR for healing trauma in her own cells. In 2022, Jill completed her certification to be a Brennan Integration Practitioner, which is a form of energetic body-centered personal process to better support her clients in individual coaching, professional supervision, and team training sessions.
