OPERATIONS TRAINING + COACHING

PEOPLE + SYSTEMS + COHESION = RESULTS

Jill Dunchick Consulting has teamed up with Jessica Lamb and Katherine Myers-Crum to put together a comprehensive operations training series.

Throughout our combined years of experience as leaders and coaches, we've noticed that high-quality support for school operations teams has been nearly impossible to find. Our team took a year to interview and coach ops leaders across the industry, spanning organizations from single-site schools to networks in multiple states.

The result? Our comprehensive Operations Training and Coaching series aimed at building the hard and soft skills ops leaders need. We are confident the workshops in our series will provide the skills that operations leaders need to ensure their schools have the resources, systems, and human beings needed to fulfill their respective missions. Sign up for one, or sign up for all of the training sessions below - you decide what is right for your team.

OPERATIONS TRAINING + 1:1 COACHING SESSION: $350/session

The participant will engage in one two-hour professional development session and one individualized 60-minute coaching session in the month following the training.

Members schedule a 60-minute personalized coaching session with Jill, Jessica, or Katherine after each session to discuss their progress and receive targeted support.

OPTIONAL: ON-SITE AUDIT &/OR COACHING/PLANNING $2,500

For an additional fee, you can request a member of our operations training team to spend six hours on-site providing strategic analysis, real-time feedback, and modeling to support and accelerate the growth of your operations team. Contact Jill if you're interested in adding this to your experience.
