Jill coaches teams with the uncanny ability to form cohesion in groups in a way that maximizes the results for all team members, an intense joy in supporting adult learners, and the skills to get at the root of any challenge a team may face. She supports adults with fierce positivity, candid communication, and compassion.
LEADERSHIP TEAM TRAINING: $20,000*
Over the course of four months, Jill will engage in a deep dive to support your organization’s team members toward increased joy in their work, authentic communication, and optimal functioning.
Our Leadership Team Coaching package is equal to15-20 focused hours with Jill and consists of:
Pre-session leadership team survey to identify strengths and values for individuals and the team, opportunities for diverse opinions/approaches to the work, and opportunities to build group cohesion
4 90-minute tailored professional development sessions:
Building Real Trust
Effective Communication
Decision Making with Different Values
Action Planning
2 individual coaching sessions per team member during the duration of the trainings to support individual growth and build group cohesion
Post-training leadership team analysis with individual and team focus areas
Optional Supports:
Additional focused training sessions: $200/90 minute session
